Kids’ Creative Art Adventures & Birthday Parties

• 8 person minimum (please ask about our volume discounts for parties of more than 15 people).
• use of private party room for 1 hour*
• all materials to complete masterpieces including glazing and firing if applicable
• party hostess who will provide one hour of supervised instruction
• set-up and clean-up!

*Party room may be rented out for $25 for an extra hour to celebrate. You are welcome to bring in food. We have a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and paper products for your use.

Pottery Painting Parties (ages 5-14)
(Children's $6 glazing and firing fees are factored into the cost).
Monet Package - $15/child - Children can select a ceramic piece $9 and under which includes small figurines, a hot chocolate mug, snack plate, ice cream bowl and more....
Renoir Package - $20/child - Children can select a ceramic piece $14 and under which includes medium banks, boxes, figurines, and medium plates, large mugs, bowls, etc

Create a Bear (ages 7-14)- New!
$22/Child –Children can select and stuff an animal of their choice. Kids will then use fabric markers to create a personalized shirt for their new friend to wear home!

Mosaic Parties (ages 7-14)
Mad about Mosaics – $15-$20/child - Children can select from an assortment of plaques. There are letters which are $14, dragonflies - $18, or many other animals and plaques which are $20+. Partygoers get to take home their project along with a grouting kit.

Beading Parties (ages 8-14)
Necklace - $15/child - Girls can choose from an excellent selection of colorful glass, novelty beads, and pendants to create a stylish necklace they can wear home!

Glass Fusing Parties (ages 8-14)
Make it with glass - $18/child - Kids will assemble pre-cut glass pieces on a 4" glass blank to create a design. Glass will be fused amd then slumped to create a funtional fish.

Wheel-Throwing Parties (ages 8-14)
Play in Clay Party - $20/child - Children will experience the satisfaction of taking their artwork from mud to masterpiece. Instuction will be given and one piece will be made on the pottery wheel. Children will then paint their creations.


Note: Potter's wheels are motorized equipment. Participants must be at least 8 years old.

Pickup-up: All wheel-thrown artwork will be ready for pickup in 2 weeks. Party host is responsible for picking up and distributing masterpieces to guests.

Adult Pottery Painting, Mosaic or beading parties (no minimum)-Regular studio fees apply.
Private Party Room:$25/hour fee is waived with an 8 person minimum. Room may be used for up to 2 hours.
Volume Discounts:
If 15+ adults each complete a project, then 10% off pottery or 5% off mosaic, beading, or glass fusing projects.
If 25+ adults each complete a project, then 15% off pottery or 10% off mosaic, beading, or glass fusing projects.
Adult After Hours Parties (15 person minimum)-Arrangements may be made to hold your event outside of regular studio hours.

Special Orders: The Creative Arts Studio continuously introduces new inventories to stay current with lifestyle designs and trends. We take great pride in our vast selection of creative projects available at all times. However, if you would like for all of your guests to create a specific item, please come into the studio at least three weeks prior to your event to ensure that orders can be placed and received in time for your event.

How it works:
Reservations: a $25 non-refundable deposit and a signed party contract are required for all parties or group events.

Food and drink: You’re welcome to bring your own food and drink. We have a refrigerator, freezer, microwave oven and paper products for your use. Phone numbers for pizza deliveries are listed below.
Pickup: Party host is responsible for picking up all pottery and distributing masterpieces to guests.

Special information for children’s parties
Non-painting partygoers: To better service your party, we ask that party guests be dropped off and picked up at designated times. Congested door entrances and hallways make it very difficult for our staff to do their job.
Host’s Responsibilities: It is the host’s responsibility to keep partygoers in the party room. In the event that a partygoer breaks an item, the host is responsible for the cost of that broken item.
Party Favors & Decorations: As a courtesy to all studio members and for the safety of all, The Creative Arts Studio does not allow piñatas, noise-making devices, or bouncy balls. If you bring in balloons, we ask that children do not run through the studio with them.
Food: For children’s parties, we recommend that your party begins with the creative activity. Grease and oils from food will likely cause glaze defects on pottery.
